Mi semana: from list to full menu

The question missing from the picture came before the shopping list — what to cook. Mi semana is a weekly planner built for whoever plans a family's meals.

Up to this point, Nada Menos solved “I have a list, where do I buy it cheapest?” But for whoever plans a household’s meals, that list doesn’t appear on its own — it comes from deciding what to cook first. That was the missing question, the one that sits before everything else.

Mi semana (“My week”) is the answer: a planner where someone builds their whole week — breakfast, lunch, dinner, kids’ lunchboxes — out of their own recipes, and the shopping list comes out of that, ready for Nada Menos to compare as usual. It’s built for whoever plans an entire family’s week, not for someone solving their own lunch for the day. It’s the newest feature in the product, and I’m still tuning it.

If one thing is clear after these eight entries, it’s that none of them were built in isolation: each one solved the problem the previous one had left in plain sight. I’ll keep telling the story here as it continues.
