Who processes your data

What we collect and why

• Emails you send us: this site has no contact form. If you write to gonzalo@curaca.ai, your email stays in our inbox and we use it only to reply to you. We do not move it to any other database.
• Analytics: if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to learn which pages are read, from which device, and how far each visit scrolls. This information is aggregated and never matched with your name or email. If you choose "Only essential", no third-party script is loaded.
• Preferences: your light or dark mode choice and your cookie decision are stored in your browser and never sent to any server.

Who we share data with

Nobody, except the technical providers we need to run the site: Amazon Web Services (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS), Google and Microsoft (analytics and email; analytics only with your consent). We do not sell or transfer data.

How long we keep it

Emails for as long as the conversation lasts and up to two years afterwards, in case we pick it up again. Analytics data according to each provider's retention (by default, 14 months in Google Analytics).

Your rights

Under Peruvian Law 29733 and its regulations you may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data by writing togonzalo@curaca.ai. We reply within the legal deadline. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Peruvian National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

If we change this policy, we update the date above. We do not make retroactive changes without notice.
